            What is a PIN?

            Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is the number you enter in the member login box on the left (your password is entered in the box on the right) to login to rxconsultant.com.  It is the ID number for your account, and the number that will help us find your account if you need to contact us.  If you receive a monthly issue of The Rx Consultant in the mail, your PIN is printed on the envelope.  You can also find it on our website (rxconsultant.com) at My Account > Edit Profile, and in the welcome email your received when you first subscribed.  If you have lost your PIN, please call our office at 925.229.5440.

            Is The Rx Consultant accredited by the ACPE?

            Yes - The Rx Consultant is published by Continuing Education Inc., an ACPE accredited provider of continuing education. 

            Do you report to CE Broker?

            Yes, we report CE credit to both CE Broker and CPE Monitor.

            How long is the CE in each issue of The Rx Consultant valid?

            CE credit is available for three years after the initial release date of each issue.  The release date appears beneath the test on the back page of both the online and print editions of each issue.

            If my subscription has expired, can I still get CE credit?

            If your subscription has a lapsed, you can complete the CE activity in any issue published within your subscription period. You can mail, fax or phone in your test answers and evaluation, and your test will be graded.  If you achieve a passing score, CE credit will be reported to CPE Monitor.  Answer/evaluation sheets are available from our office upon request.  Online access for taking tests and generating credit is not available if your subscription has lapsed.

            Can I purchase individual issues of The Rx Consultant?

            Yes. You can purchase individual issues online at https://rxconsultant.com/buy-individual-articles-and-ce or call our office at 925.229.5440 to order by phone.

            Do subscribers have online access to back issues?

            Yes. 100+ back issues are available in the eLibrary at https://rxconsultant.com/eLibrary. You can get CE credit for any back issue that has a valid CE activity  available, even if it was released before you subscribed.

            How can I send you answers to the test and evaluation?

            1. Take the test online in the eLibrary (active subscribers only).
            2. Mail your answer in to PO Box 1516, Martinez, CA 94553-0516. Use the CE request slip - please contact our office if you need more slips. 
            3. Fax your answers in to 925.229.5442. Use the CE request slip. 
            4. Call in your answers to our office at 925.229.5440.

            Do you have live CE?

            At this time, we do not offer live CE.

            Can I print my CE credit statements online?

            Yes. On our website, go to My Account > Completed CE to print CE credit statements. If you do not have access to a printer, please call us at 925.229.5440 and we can mail your credit statement(s) to you.
