After entering your NABP e-Profile ID and your date of birth into our system, we automatically reach out to NABP to verify your information. There could be two reasons why our system would display that your NABP e-Profile ID is unverified:
1. The information in your Rx Consultant profile does not match the information within your NABP e-Profile account.
2. If you have just signed up for your NABP e-Profile ID, it may take up to 24 hours to become verified within our system.
